These are the Biblical values that we seek to live from and that direct our relationship with God and each other.
We seek to be:

Christ centered – it’s all about Jesus. He’s the Lord. He’s the Saviour. We worship Him. We pray in His name, and we gather in His name.

Bible based – The Word of God is our final authority for faith and life. We preach the word of God and not man’s ideas and philosophies.

Holy Spirit filled – The presence and work of the Holy Spirit is essential in our lives and gatherings.

Grace focused – It’s about God’s undeserved and enabling grace. We have moved away from performance and religious activities. We are saved by grace and kept by grace.

 

We focus on Kingdom culture – How we do life and how we minister.
Firstly, whilst we are enriched by our cultural diversity, we seek to cultivate a kingdom culture based on biblical principles.

Secondly, we partner in what God is doing in the earth, which is more than and far bigger than our church.

We are highly Relational – we’re not formal, institutional, or highly organizational. The church is not a building or a program, it’s people.

 

We value Character above charisma – we’re not dazzled by gifting, we look for integrity, humility, capacity, consistency, stability, and other godly characteristics.

 

We put Friendship before function – we’re more interested in who you are than in what you do. Because of this we work hard at making time to get to know one another.

We strongly encourage Serving one another. One of Jesus’ last commandments to His disciples was that they love and serve one another. Jesus’ life exemplifies this beautifully. We are encouraged in the Bible to love one another, forgive one another, serve one another, care for one another etc.
